I am connected to the reflector, but my transmission is not getting through

If you are connected to the reflector using a hotspot that is listed under connected gateways, but are not showing up in the heard list, here are a few possible causes:

  1. If your radio has YAESU, FT-991, orFT-991A set as the callsign your transmission will not go through the reflector as these are blocked on this reflector. To remedy this, please change the callsign in your radio to match your callsign.
  2. It is possible that your callsign might be blocked on the reflector due to violations of the terms of use for the reflector. If you are not sure if you have been blocked, feel free to contact the reflector administrator using theĀ Open A Ticket link or send an email to ysf@va6mo.ca
